Eggless Tutti Frutti Cake Recipe Without Oven
Place the tutti frutti in a small bowl and mix in a tablespoon of flour from the flour measured for the cake separating the pieces sticking together.
Eggless tutti frutti cake recipe without oven. Making this eggless tutti frutti cake without oven is very easy all you need is a big deep vessel and salt to act as an oven. Fill the deep vessel with the plenty amount of salt and place the cake in it. The result of this will be same in fact better than the cake baked in oven. Making batter for tutti frutti cake.
To the milk bowl add sugar and vanilla extract. Pour melted butter or oil. Mix everything well until the sugar has dissolved. Pour this to the flour.
Gently mix until the flour is just combined well. Do not over mix the batter the batter will be of ribbon consistency at this stage. 8now add tutti frutti in mixture and mix it 9pour the batter in the grease pan and tap it. 10bake for 35 40 mins until tooth pick comes clean.
11remove from oven and cool down on wire rack. Using a small spatula gently fold tutti frutti into the butter until completely combined. Grease a loaf pan. Mine is a 9 x 5 inch pan.
Bake for 50 minutes to an hour or until the toothpick comes out clean. Keep an eye on the cake after 30 minutesif the top crust becomes golden and a tester comes out clean the cake is done. Mine took around 36 mins to bake. Transfer the cake on a wire rack and allow it to cool.
Once cool warm cut to slices and relish your eggless tutti frutti cake with teacoffee or eat as a snack. Place the cake tray into preheated oven. Bake the cake at 180 degree celsius or 356 degree fahrenheit for 30 40 minutes. Or bake till the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Further allow the cake to cool completely and later cut to slices and serve. Finally serve the tutti frutti cake or store in airtight container. Preheat the oven to 350f180c for 15 minutes. Lightly butter a loaf pan see my note 2 and line it with parchment paper.
